Order Info
All orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days. Our goal is to ship orders out complete the same or next day, but in some instances it can take up to 3-5 days for your order to ship.
Upon processing your order you will receive a preliminary sales receipt via email. This receipt will contain your itemized order, shipping carrier (USPS), tracking number and estimated ship date.
We have selected USPS (United States Postal Service) as our primary shipping service in order to pass on savings to you with their affordable flat rate shipping in the United States and US Territiories.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a new sales receipt, this will have the USPS tracking number indicated on it. Your sales receipt will be emailed to you promptly after your order is shipped.

Surfboard Shipping Damage Policy
• If your board arrives damaged or you are missing products from your order, we require you to notify us within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim.
• We will reimburse you for any damage up to or less than $75.
• In the case of major damage we will have the board shipped back to us and ship you a new board.
Shipping FAQs
What if I want to buy two surfboards? How much is shipping?
Your second board ships for $30! $30 will be added to the shipping cost of the largest board. Example – An 8’0 and 6’2 will ship for a total of $155. If ordering 2 SUP boards, the second on will ship for $50.
Do you offer Express Shipping?
Yes, Please give us a call at “CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE #” or email us at customerservice@thekelpbed.com for 3-day, 2-day and Overnight shipping quotes. Please have ready the date you need the board and/or product and the zip code being shipped to.
Do you offer Surfboard Shipping outside the Lower 48 States in the USA?
Yes, we offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada. However you must email us your zip code and surfboard size to customerservice@thekelpbed.com for an exact quote. We have provided an estimated quote in the Surfboard Shipping Rate Matrix at the top the page to give you a general idea of the cost before you decide to proceed with an exact quotation.
I want to buy accessories with my board, how much for shipping?
Most accessories will ship free with your surfboard purchase. To calculate shipping prices add all desired items to your shopping cart. Then click “Go to Checkout”, enter your shipping zip code and a quote will be generated for you.
What if my order is damaged or lost during shipping?
It is very important that you inspect your package at the time of delivery and note any damage to the package and or merchandise.
